Under the brand mensaVital, we offer fresh, innovative meals which are prepared low in fat and rich in vitamins – with natural ingredients and no flavour enhancers.
The aim of introducing the “Klimateller” is to ensure the cafeterias are more aware of sustainability, and particularly climate protection. Fair-trade coffee and specialty coffees are sold in many of the cafeterias and cafés/café shops.
More and more people are suffering from food intolerances. We want to be as transparent as possible, which is why our menus contain symbols and labels for additives/allergens.
