Our offers for short-term tenants

You are:

a student intern in Hamburg?

Then we offer you rooms for short-term rent in our residential complexes. These are furnished, equipped with bed linen and internet connection! The possible rental period is between 1 and 6 months. The monthly rent for students starts at 330 € to € 360 €(depending on the housing complex/contract type). Persons who are not students can also rent a short-term room with a surcharge. Occasionally, there are rooms available in our residence halls for short rental periods of one month or more (interim rental). If you have any general questions, please contact the Central Short-term Rental Office by email or phone.

In the residence complexes of Kiwittsmoor and Gustav-Radbruch-Haus, we have a certain number of rooms available for short-term rent throughout the year.
