The residential complexes at Moorstraße 7 and 15 and Bunatwiete 6 are centrally located in downtown Harburg, about a 15-minute walk from the Technical University of Hamburg. The University of Hamburg can be reached by S-Bahn in 20 minutes.
The houses have a total of 131 rooms in group apartments for 2 – 5 persons. The rooms in houses 7 and 15 are mostly unfurnished, the rooms in Bunatwiete are furnished. The residents each share a fully equipped communal kitchen. The rooms are approx. 13 – 17 m² in size and have Internet, telephone and cable TV connections. Parking spaces for cars, motorcycles and bicycles are available.
In the basement there are washing machines and dryers (coin-operated). The washing machines can be used with a digital payment system via the provider appWash by Miele.
There is also a conference room and a billiards room. The bar, which is located in the immediate vicinity in the residential complex Harburg, can be shared by the residents.
The monthly rent is between 294 € and 372 € including flat-rate utilities such as heating, water, electricity, etc., as well as the cost of Internet access and cable TV connection.
