The Harburg residential complex is centrally located in downtown Harburg, about a 15-minute walk from the Technical University. The University of Hamburg can be reached by S-Bahn in 20 minutes.
The housing complex consists of 6 houses with a total of 222 single rooms. In each apartment 2 - 6 persons live together. All rooms are furnished and about 12 m² in size. The residents share a common kitchen in each apartment. All rooms have internet, telephone and cable TV connection. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces for cars, but there are bicycle parking spaces.
There exists a bar, a video room, a pottery workshop, a music room and a fitness room. In the basement there are washing machines and dryers (coin operated). The washing machines can be used with a digital payment system via the provider appWash by Miele.
The monthly rent is 320 € including flat-rate utilities such as heating, water, electricity, etc., as well as the cost of Internet access and cable TV connection.

For students who need a room for a period of less than half a year, rooms are offered for short-term rental with a higher price and additional services. These are assigned by the Central Short-Term Rental Office.
On foot to the TUHH? No problem, if you live in our housing complex Harburg! In just a few minutes from your front door, you'll be on campus, and you'll be within easy walking distance of all the things you need to study and live. The Phoenix Center invites you to go shopping, and the cinema is practically your neighbor. Thanks to the perfect connection to the Hamburg S-Bahn, you only need a few stops to get to the city center.
