Last-minute-rooms for first year students at the beginning of winter-semester 2010/2011
For first year students, who still have not found an apartment, the Studierendenwerk put accommodations at their disposal from 1st of september to 30th of november 2010. An immatriculation proof is required. In case of great demand maximum time to rent is 8 days,

Only guest rooms in our residence Hagenbeckstraße
Due to comprehensive building measures in our residence Hagenbeckstraße it´s until further notice unfortunately not possible to get an rental agreement for a room in this house. But it´s possible to rent a guest room for at most three month.
Anticipated at wintersemester 2010/2011 it will be possible to get an rental agreement in a few ranges of the residence again.
